Rome in April can be unpredictable weather just like the rest of Europe and while it is often warmer than Western Europe, during our time there the temperatures hovered around 72 degrees F, but huge gusts of wind made that feel a lot colder. Scarves and jackets were definitely needed during our visit in April, but generally Rome is pretty mild most of the year. If you’re headed there in April though, here’s what I packed and wore!
