There is something magical about Europe anytime of the year, but I’d been dreaming of lavender fields in the Provencal Summer and wandering streets in Spain, stopping for tapas in the Summer evening hours for years.  From sipping Rosé wine to café con leche, from churros in a tiny back alley shop in Barcelona to freshly baked croissants warm from the oven in tiny Provencal towns, Europe in the Summer is a mystical experience.
