We recently spent a glorious Spring week wandering through Hong Kong and Japan under a sea of Cherry Blossoms and making our way through these two amazing places in the world.  Japan is one of my favorite countries and Hong Kong was a fantastic surprise with how much we liked the famous city known for its cosmopolitan flair and amazing food.  And since you couldn’t make it on the trip with me, here’s a video tour through Hong Kong and Japan in the Spring so you can feel like you were right there alongside me as the cherry blossoms fell like snow!
